This privacy policy describes how Data Stables B.V. (operating under the brand Papegaai.ai) collects, uses, and protects personal data across papegaai.ai and every application offered under the Papegaai.ai brand.

1. Controller and contact

The controller responsible for processing personal data under this policy is the Dutch private limited company Data Stables B.V., operating under the brand Papegaai.ai. All privacy-related requests should be directed to the contact below.

2. Data collected from site visitors

Papegaai.ai runs no analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on its public marketing pages. Standard server logs may record IP addresses and user agents for short periods for operational security, but these are not combined into visitor profiles and are not shared with third parties.

Analytics stack: None — no analytics product is deployed at this time.

3. Per-application data handling

Papegaai.ai offers individual applications under its brand. Each application below declares the exact data it receives, where it is stored, how long it is kept, and how you can have it deleted.

strategy_wiki

Strategy_wiki reads documents from a Google Drive folder that you explicitly select, extracts their content, and turns them into a structured internal wiki for your organisation.

Data categories processed

  • Contents of the Google Drive folder you select: Google Docs, Word documents, PDFs, and email exports stored in that folder
  • File metadata needed to identify files (file name, ID, last-modified timestamp)
  • The extracted textual content of those files

Storage location

Extracted content is converted to Markdown and committed to a private GitHub repository owned by Data Stables B.V. No copies are stored in third-party analytics or AI training systems.

Retention period

A wiki page is automatically removed when its source file is deleted from your Google Drive. Pages whose source still exists are retained indefinitely so you can keep using the wiki. You may request manual deletion of any or all of your data at any time by emailing the privacy contact above.

User rights

  • Right of access: request a copy of the data held about you
  • Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten'): request deletion of your data
  • Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Right to object to processing and to restrict processing
  • Right to withdraw Google Drive access at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Deletion procedure

Email the privacy contact above with the subject line 'strategy_wiki deletion request'. Data is removed from the private GitHub repository within 30 days. Revoking the OAuth grant via your Google Account immediately stops any further reads.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

Applications under Papegaai.ai that receive data from Google APIs — currently strategy_wiki via the Google Drive API — are subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
