Papegaai.ai — AI Consultancy Brand

Challenge

The Dutch AI consultancy market is full of overpromising vendors. A credible, technically honest brand needed to stand apart: clear service boundaries, concrete delivery promises, and a site that demonstrates the very capabilities it sells.

What we built

We designed the three-service architecture (AI Consult, AI Integration into Processes, AI Assistants), wrote the copy in both English and Dutch, built the Astro-based static site, wired up a conversational intake chatbot powered by the fleet's own LLM infrastructure, and set up the full SEO stack — sitemap, hreflang, structured data, 7-day delivery promise.

Result

The site is live at papegaai.ai. The intake chatbot captures qualified leads in both locales. The content pipeline — use-case pages, blog, portfolio cases — grows continuously from the same data layer, meaning the showcase keeps improving as work ships.
