Challenge

Organisations accumulate strategy documents across decks, emails, and Notion pages. Nobody can answer whether two strategies actually agree, or whether a key decision has been made at all. The knowledge exists — it is just too scattered to use.

What we built

We built a SaaS tool that ingests strategy documents — PDFs, Drive docs, plain markdown — extracts the underlying decisions and assumptions, and re-renders them as a navigable per-entity wiki. Each page is generated from the union of every document mentioning that topic. A built-in gap and conflict engine flags missing decisions and contradictions across documents automatically.

Result

The tool collapses scattered strategy into a single browsable surface. Teams can ask questions like "have we decided X anywhere?" and get a direct answer from their own documents. The gap report surfaces decisions that were never formally made — before they become blockers.
